Documents Needed for Project
We need a project/pitch slide deck and an executive summary. The first page of the executive summary should include an easily identifiable statement about how much funding is being requested, without attempting to dictate the terms of that funding. The executive summary should also include financial projections showing use of funds and how the funding is going to be repaid. It should also contain details about the team executing the project.
Curriculum Vitae of all owners.
Executive Summary
1) Detailed identification of the client. Client must be a corporation
2) Amount of funding required
3) Identified all the owners or shareholders
4) Description of the project
5) Cost of the project
6) Any other information pertinent to the project
7) Use of funds
Executive Summary must be a maximum of 7 pages in English and US Dollars
The first page must clearly state the amount of funding requested.
Project Pitch Deck
To create an effective project/slide deck, it's crucial to cover a few key points:
1) The introduction should have a brief description of your business and the problem(s) you are addressing.
2) The market opportunity you have identified and market size in measurable numbers.
3) Who is on your team, their expertise and your execution plan. Focus on your growth, major goals, and next steps.
4) Define your competition and explain why your product is different and better.
5) Highlight your competitive advantage and potential returns on investment/ loan. Clearly state what you need and the use of funds.
